We are open throughout the working week from 8:30am to 12:30pm and 1:15pm to 5pm, Monday to Friday, closing only for the Christmas period and Bank Holidays. However, rest assured that we make every preparation for your payroll during the holiday period, to ensure that your employees get paid on time every month, and your payroll runs uninterrupted year-round.

We aim to respond to your request within 24 hours or one working day. You may get a quicker response if you email our group email address as the whole payroll team have access to these messages.

Your employees will receive their payslips digitally through our online payslip system. We provide a secure platform where they can access all of their previous payslips and payroll documents at any time.

As payroll providers, we do not have the authority to do this on your behalf, but if you have any questions, please contact us and we will help you as best we can.

If you employ anyone in the UK, you will have a need for payroll services. Depending on how many people you employ and whether you have any in-house payroll expertise, you might require an outsourced payroll provider like Payroll Hub. We tailor our services to you and your business. For some clients, with your approval we process everything, with little to no input from you. Other clients prefer to stay more involved or have more complex requirements, such as employees with variable pay. In these circumstances, we may need more information from you, and therefore more input each payroll period. We’d be happy to discuss your requirements in more detail.

HMRC usually take 10 working days to provide the PAYE references once they have been requested.

Depending on your choice of pension provider, the length of time can vary – some, such as NEST, can be up and running on the same day.
We partner with Modulr for payment processing on your behalf. From the initial application they recommend it takes up to 6 weeks to go live. This can be quicker if no additional information is required to confirm identification.

We can support you with the initial set up of your Modulr account. Once this is in place, you will need to grant us access at the level you are comfortable and then fund the account. We are then able to upload and, subject to access levels, approve payments on your behalf.
