As you will be aware, the UK is rapidly moving towards the next stage of coronavirus. In these uncertain times we wanted to reach out to all our clients to let you know we are here to offer support and guidance over the next few months.
Health and wellbeing are the most important thing right now so we have made the decision to offer all staff the opportunity to work from home if they prefer. This will not affect our service offering to you as we are able to access all services remotely to keep on providing the service you expect from us. We will continue to complete your accounts, payroll, book keeping and tax returns in a timely manner.
We are also taking the following actions:
- Closing the offices to visitors. However, please feel free to drop post through the letterbox, we will check it regularly.
- We are offering client meetings to be “online” rather than face to face.
- We are following all government advice in respect of recent international travel.
- All our team have been made aware of the symptoms of coronavirus and are all clear on the relevant processes to take if necessary.
We currently do not foresee any impact on our service levels but we are currently reviewing our policies as the situation changes.
